Roundtable: Anthropology of health and care in Indonesia - new directions and societal contributions
Medical anthropology is thriving in Indonesia and beyond, and anthropologists increasingly aim to contribute to pressing issues in society. How can anthropological insights most effectively contribute to addressing societal questions on health and care? The panelists in this roundtable draw on their own research experience to discuss the potential of anthropological studies of health care in Indonesia to impact policy and practice. Reflections by the panelists will be followed by a conversation with the audience.
