The Teaching Fair is a unique new event organised for and by our own teaching staff together with the Education staff service. Together they form the Learning & Teaching Community (LTC). The first edition of this event will be held on Thursday 4 April, with plans to repeat it each year. This is where lecturers and education experts can work on educational innovation and discuss how to use new teaching tools and methods.
Current education topics
All parts of the programme will take place at the Kamerlingh Onnes Building following an opening by Vice Dean Jan Crijns in Cleveringa Lecture Hall C1.31. You can then participate in workshops across various rooms. Please note that all sessions will be held in Dutch, but any questions asked in English will be answered in English.
Information market
The Teaching Fair will close with an informal information market in the restaurant, where you can browse around the stalls and learn about current education topics while enjoying a drink. A sneak preview of the teaching platform LTC Hub will also be given.
Join us at the Teaching Fair on 4 April – all lecturers and teaching support staff are welcome as well as anyone interested in developments in education. We’re offering inspiration and knowledge at this engaging and interactive event.
