Expense claims

If you have incurred costs for your work, you may be entitled to reimbursement. For example material costs, but also travel costs for commuting and business trips. 

Business travel

If you go on a business trip, you are entitled to reimbursement of your travel and subsistence expenses. Read more about reimbursement and planning business trips.

Other allowances

Relocating

If you relocate for your work or if the university requires you to move, you may qualify for a relocation allowance or bonus.

Commuting

You are entitled to an allowance for your commuting expenses. The amount of your commuting allowance depends on your means of transport and the number of kilometres.
