SAP is a software system that is used for automating business processes within the University. These processes include purchasing, sales and invoicing, as well as keeping track of staff administration. You use SAP when you want to apply for leave and when you want to order products.

SAP Self Service

With SAP Self Service, you can arrange some of your personnel matters yourself. You can register and apply for your leave, claim travel costs and other expenses, indicate your choices from the employment conditions selection model and view your salary specification. More information >>

SAP order number

10-digit SAP order numbers are used to ensure correct accountability and control of costs and revenues. If you need a SAP order number for an invoice, for instance, please contact the Planning & Control department of your faculty or unit.
