The fight against the coronavirus means we’re all at home on an unprecedented scale. But what can we do to ensure we work at home in a healthy and responsible way? The university has put together some tips and tools to help you in this crisis period.See Healthy University @ Home
Recent years staff surveys clearly showed that university employees are experiencing significant pressure at work. The Pressure of Work Action Plan – of which membership of the Healthy Universities network is just one small part – will help resolve this problem.
Leiden University offers good working conditions and a positive climate at work, limits risks to health and promotes a positive working environment. The university is also keen to support initiatives that promote health, well-being and vitality, such as the Leiden Science Run and the Student Welfare Taskforce.
