How do you start a process?
Before you start a process, it is important to discuss it with the people involved, such as your manager or HR adviser. After that, check what information and requirements are needed to complete the request correctly.
Step-by-step guide
- Find information about the topic on the Helpdesk Portal.
- Check that you have the correct role or authorisation and that you have all the required information, such as a name, date, and cost centre.
- Open BAS InSite and select the relevant topic.
- Enter the requested information. You can find support in the left-hand column under “Explanations”.
- Submit the request. The request will then be automatically sent to the next person in the workflow.
Next steps
- fter approval, the change will be processed.
- You will receive a notification in BAS InSite when the request has been completed.
