New Cluster South building progresses steadily

The new Cluster Zuid building is progressing steadily. The glass roof over the atrium has been installed and the window frames are being fitted. The future locations of the offices and classrooms are also becoming increasingly visible. See Stijn Poelstra's photo report below.

The temporary floor in the atrium, needed to work on the roof, prevents the full height of this space from being visible yet. When it is gone, the atrium will be fully visible.

The entrance to Cluster South on the Witte Singel side is recognisable by the white roof construction under which the entrance to the atrium is located. A library and a coffee corner with seating will be realised here.

The new roof and the structure of the building are clearly visible on the aerial photos. The new building on the corner of Maliebaan and Groenhovenstraat features champagne-coloured panels (so-called fins or skegs) made of aluminium.
