Amy Senne appointed as assessor in the Faculty Board
As of 1 September, Amy Senne will serve as assessor and student member of the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Humanities. She was appointed by the Executive Board on 17 July for a one-year term, succeeding Mette Kamerich in the role.
The assessor represents the student perspective within the Faculty Board. In addition, the assessor is responsible for maintaining contact with students through the faculty’s various consultative bodies.
Amy is currently pursuing a BA in Greek and Latin Language and Culture. Over the past year, she has been an active student member of the programme board for her degree programme and has gained experience as a student assistant. From 2023 to 2024, she served as assessor on the board of the student association Sophia Aeterna and was also involved as a student mentor.
Amy is looking forward to taking on the role: “I am very excited to dedicate myself to our faculty as assessor over the coming year. I believe it is important that students feel heard and that their experiences and ideas are taken into account when decisions are made about education and student affairs. I also hope to be an approachable point of contact for students; everyone is welcome to come to me with ideas, questions or concerns.”
