Vidatum
Vidatum is a research management tool that assists researchers and research support staff in applying for, managing and accounting for externally funded research projects.
What can I use Vidatum for?
Currently, Vidatum can be used for:
- Managing project finances (post-award)
- Time tracking on externally funded research projects
In subsequent phases, Vidatum will be expanded further with more functions, including:
- Digitalising approval processes (Request for Approval)
- Support for subsidy applications (pre-award)
- Management reporting

Faculty contact persons - key users
If the manual doesn’t help you resolve the problem, you can ask the contact person at your faculty. Every faculty has a contact person who is responsible for applying for extra access rights and who is open to suggestions for improving the tool.
