Every member of staff at Leiden University is given a ULCN account. You can use this ULCN account to log in to your computer, the wifi network and various other ICT systems.

Who should you contact to set up, move or adjust your workplace?

The remote workplace allows you to open a virtual workplace from your own PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet. However, remote workplace is being phased out and many applications are no longer be available via remote workplace. For most applications it is possible to log on via eduVPN (with Edge browser).

Any loss of control over stored personal data is a potential data breach. Most cases involve stolen or lost digital files, but a stolen or lost printed list of personal data is also a data breach. It is important to report any data breach.
