A delegation from Leiden University recently embarked on a knowledge mission to various NGOs, universities and government organisations in Indonesia. New partnerships were formed and important knowledge exchanged, and researchers from Leiden gave guest lectures.

Sophie Rose is one of the fellows of the Ammodo Science Fellowship 2024. She will use this fellowship to conduct research at Leiden University.

Sara de Wit has recently joined the Institute for History as an Assistant Professor in African Studies and will work on a new interdisciplinary research project to develop a humanities approach on Digital Health in Africa. Below, she introduces herself.
