Leiden Study System
Leiden University has a high rate of student success. The Leiden Study System was developed to help students study faster and more effectively. They receive the optimum support while choosing which programme to study and during their studies themselves.

Exemption from parking fees
You can apply for an exemption from parking fees when you demonstrably disabled or when you have to park on different parking lots for your commute.

Study and training expenses
If you follow a study or training programme, you can under certain conditions offset your study and training costs against your gross income.

Labour Participation Act
In the context of the Labour Participation Act, Leiden University employs persons with a disability. In this context, in 2016 we created an additional 16 FTEs for ‘labour participation employees’. For the next ten years, we hope to increase this by 6.3 fte per year.
