The FSW aims to be a workplace where employees can thrive and where every employee is welcome. We create an open and fair workplace where employees feel seen, heard, and supported. It is a place where we hold each other accountable for our behavior and know what to do when we see signs of unsafe behavior. There is trust in the organization and in the follow-up of agreements and decision-making.
Objectives
- Promoting a safe and open work culture in which social safety can be discussed.
- Reducing reluctance to act when identifying and following up on socially unsafe behavior.
- Strengthening transparent and clear decision-making processes.
Planning
- The working groups for Safe Together were organised in the first quarter of 2026.
- During the second quarter, we will post updates on the proposals being developed within this programme component.
