3 important questions about the Employee Experience Survey
On 6 May, all faculty employees received an invitation email from Welliba to participate in the Employee Experience Survey. The survey will run until 20 May, so please make sure you have responded before then. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

We know from research that your perception of work is influenced by personal factors, such as how you feel about yourself, the connection you experience with others, and your resilience. That is why we ask about your energy level and sense of purpose, for example. Your online dashboard will give you insights into your strengths and areas for development. All answers are, of course, anonymous.
Your privacy is fully protected. You remain the owner of your data, and Welliba manages your data for Leiden University. That is why you are asked to accept the terms and conditions at the start of the questionnaire. Welliba is an independent party specialising in employee experience surveys. Welliba uses advanced systems to process your data securely, and guarantees that it will never be shared with third parties. They comply with international standards in the field of information security.
Our research partner Welliba conducts the research and processes the data. That is why they ask you to sign a privacy statement at the start of the questionnaire. This statement refers to data about health, involving questions about your stress levels and vitality. Your answers cannot be traced back to you and are processed confidentially. Your supervisor can only see the group results, so please feel free to share what you find important.
