Your ideas on disability inclusion at the university
The working group for staff with disabilities is seeking HR professionals and experts by experience who can offer advice. The group meets monthly to explore how best the university can support people with disabilities. We would love to hear your ideas and experiences.
About the meetings
At the meetings, we’ll discuss how the university can support staff with disabilities. We’ll look at current structures, support and contacts, and explore people’s needs. We’ll also discuss the Harrie Helpt pilot and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) terminology.
We hope to see you at our next meetings:
- Tuesday 9 December, 13:00-14:00
- Tuesday 6 January, 13:00-14:00
- Tuesday 27 January, 12:00-13:00

About D&I
D&I are core values at Leiden University. We want to build an inclusive community where all students and staff feel valued and respected and able to fulfil their potential. The D&I Expertise Office advises faculties, expertise centres and directorates, and regularly consults stakeholders and networks at the university – like the working group for staff with disabilities.
