Reserving rooms
Within the university you can reserve rooms for educational and non-regular educational purposes, but also for events, meetings and gatherings.
How do I reserve a room?
You can use the room reservation form to reserve a room in one of the university buildings.
If you prefer to use email, then for an education room you can send an email to Room Management; if you need a room for a meeting or other group event, you should contact the relevant Service Desk.

Reserving a room for an event
If you’re planning to organise an event, the Event Service can help you with finding the right room and arranging other practical matters.
Can I view my room reservation online?
If you want to know where a lecture will take place, or to view your reservation online, please see the schedule in MyTimeTable.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
If the reservation relates to a room for education, you should send an email to the relevant address, depending on the location:
