Step into a world where many worlds fit
Join us for the short film exhibition and book launch 'Pluriversal Politics: Otomí History, Language, Culture, and Cosmovision' by Dr. Ewald Hekking, a Dutch scholar who has spent 40 years working to preserve the Otomi language. It will be an immersive journey into the vibrant knowledge systems of the Otomí people of Mexico. Explore how their language, artistry, and worldview offer powerful insights into alternative ways of living, knowing, and resisting in today’s interconnected world. Discover stories woven into textiles, voices that speak through history, and a philosophy that redefines what it means to coexist. Come expand your perspective—one thread, one word, one world at a time.
