AI and Education: What Does It Mean for Your Course?
During this workshop, we explore what AI means for your own education and teaching practice. Instead of working with AI tools, the workshop supports you in analysing your course and exploring how AI is already influencing (or may influence) student learning.
The workshop is highly hands-on and focused on your own educational context. From the learner’s perspective, you will analyse the learning objectives, assessment, and learning activities. At the end of the workshop, you will bring all elements together in a clear overview and develop a concrete action plan for how to continue evaluating and adapting your education in times of AI.
You can choose to work on your laptop or on paper.
During this workshop, you will:
1. Analyse your own education in relation to current AI developments;
a. Identify where AI may influence your learners,
b. Identify where AI may affect the alignment between learning, teaching and assessment.
3. Develop a concrete action plan to continue evaluating and adapting your education in times of AI.
