Luka Kuchalskytė, Deloitte
Business Analyst
Luka Kuchalskytė holds a Master’s degree in Methodology and Statistics from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. During her Master’s studies, she completed a research internship at Leiden University, where she focused on bias in machine learning. In parallel to writing her thesis, she undertook an internship at TomTom as a Data Analyst within the Digital Workplace team. Shortly after graduating, Luka joined Deloitte as a Business Analyst in the Forensic & Financial Crime Technology team. In this role, she works on a variety of projects for financial institutions, primarily focused on the automation of banking processes.
Zino Brystowski, Leiden University
PhD candidate
Zino Brystowski is a PhD candidate in the Methodology and Statistics section at the Psychology department at Leiden University. After completing the Methodology and Statistics in Psychology program, he continued as a PhD student under the supervision of Mark de Rooij, Marjolein Fokkema, and Hilde Huizenga (UvA). Together, they are working on the development of a methodological approach for analyzing multidisciplinary data with a focus on large-scale developmental projects that combine different types of data, such as brain imaging, psychological tests, or genetic information. His main activities as a PhD student are method development in R, writing scientific articles, presenting results at conferences, and supporting the teaching activities of the M&S section.
Bram Rohlfs, Logius
Data analyst
After finishing his Master's in Methodology and Statistics in Psychology, Bram started his career with the Rijks-I-traineeship, then switched to data science consultancy at Valcon for three and a half years. He worked for clients such as Rijkswaterstaat, Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen, Heineken, Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, and Schiphol, touching a wide range of topics like data strategy, BI, data science, AI, and data management. He's now back at Logius as a data analyst, providing advice and insights on both business operations and the many products Logius delivers (like DigiD). He also founded Sessieverslag 1 year ago together with his partner where they help psychologists cut back administration time enabling them to spend more time with colleagues or clients.
