If you suspect that a staff member has violated academic integrity, you should contact the Academic Integrity Committee.

Collegiality, respect and taking account of others are aspects of standard good conduct, but you may unfortunately still encounter unacceptable behaviour. If this occurs, you should contact the Complaints Committee for Unacceptable Behaviour.

If you are a staff member and disagree with an employment-related decision taken by your manager or the university, you can submit the decision to the Arbitration Committee.

In this case, you should send a letter of objection to the Appeals and Objections Committee within six weeks. If you are a student, you can lodge an appeal with the Examination Appeals Board (CBE), which is an independent board, appointed in accordance with the Higher Education and Research Act (WHW).

The Committee on Whistleblowing investigates reports of suspected malpractice and then issues advice to the Executive Board. 

If you would prefer to report malpractice to a body completely outside the university, you can contact the Dutch Whistleblowers Authority.
