GROW: Conversations on Performance, Development and Well-being (Gesprekken over Resultaat, Ontwikkeling en Welzijn). The new GROW interviews offer an opportunity to speak openly with each other about your work, development and well-being.

As you are a new Leiden University staff member, a number of things must happen before we can draw up your contract and activate your ULCN account. This is also the case if you are affiliated with the university as external staff, for example if you were hired as a freelancer.

If you find a new job or if your contract is coming to an end, there are a number of matters to consider.

Leiden University transitioned to a new, future-proof software system: BAS InSite. This system replaces SAP Self Service and handle personnel, financial, and administrative matters currently managed through the Serviceplein.
