Transfer of the online study guide to TimeEdit Curriculum (TEC)
Dear colleagues,
A new procedure is being introduced for managing the online study guide. On 13 October 2025, the first step was taken (see also this news item): the entire university is now using TimeEdit Curriculum (TEC) to design and record the structure of educational programmes. This marks an important move towards a more efficient and reliable way of preparing education.
The next step is to transfer our online study guide to TEC.
What will change?

The structure of educational programmes will now come directly from TEC. This structure will form the basis for the online study guide pages.

The way study guide texts are submitted will change: they will now be entered directly into TEC.

The online study guide website will have a slightly updated layout (from 1 June 2026).
We are currently preparing for the launch of the new study guide processes. The aim is to go live on 15 December 2025 for minors and exchange courses.
The launch for regular educational programmes and courses will follow in March 2026.
Finally, the online study guide itself will go live on 1 June 2026.
