Geopolitical developments are unfolding at a rapid pace. The world is in flux: the US is hinting at Greenland, protests are spreading in Iran, and the UN and NATO are scrambling to respond to a fast-changing international landscape. Many of our researchers have already shared their analysis of the American military operation in Venezuela in the media. But perhaps you also have relevant insights you’d like to share?
Promoting scientific expertise in the press
Leiden University has the expertise to interpret global affairs. We understand the history and the current dynamics of different regions, and we know all about international law, security and resilience. Our faculty and corporate communication teams want to work together to identify future angles and share our expertise with the press. We also want to support young researchers who may have less media experience.
