Exam Policy

Since the 2025-2026 academic year, a new door policy for exams has been in effect. During lectures, students are asked to register for exams. It is therefore recommended to emphasize during lectures that students must register. Students who are not registered may, under certain conditions, still participate in the exam.

1. Students register according to the Exam Registration Protocol:

  • Registration is open up to 10 days before the exam.
  • Between 10 and 5 days before the exam, students can still be registered by the OSC using a form. To do this, students must send an email to the OSC.

2. Students who attempt to register between 4 and 0 days before the exam will no longer be registered and will be referred directly to the exam.

Conditions:

  • Students without a valid registration must wait 45 minutes before they can enter, as registered students are allowed to enter up to 45 minutes after the start of the exam. As a result, the student will have less exam time (no extra time will be given).
  • Registration does not guarantee a place; participation is only possible if space is still available. No additional tables or exam sessions will be arranged. Registered students have priority. The “first come, first served” principle will apply on-site. If no space is available, the student cannot participate and will be turned away by the OSC.
  • No support is available for students with a disability without valid registration.
