Future Learning Office
The Future Learning Office (FLO team) supports the use of ICT systems and tools in education within this faculty. FLO is, among other things, the first point of contact for Brightspace and is responsible for the Weblectures in the lecture halls. Do you have a question about the digital learning environment? You can contact FLO at FLO@fgga.leidenuniv.nl or through the Teams channel FGGA-FLO.
Educational Service Centre
The Educational Service Centre (OSC) oversees the student and course administration and the faculty-level support for all educational administration and content systems at our faculty. The OSC is also responsible for organising all education-related processes, upholding the rules and regulations, and providing students and teachers with all relevant information. Do you have a question about administration or educational logistics (e.g., scheduling, grade registration, exam organization, uSis)? You can contact the OSC at osc.fgga@fgga.leidenuniv.nl.
Edcuation and research policy
Team O&O works with the faculty board and the institutes to strengthen and innovate FGGA’s education and research through policy development, advice, and coordination. The team focuses on a wide range of topics related to student affairs, education, and research, such as student well‑being, quality assurance, Scriptiewerkplaats, teacher development, internationalization, and alumni policy. Check the staff overview for the contact details of all team members and their topics of expertise.
Leiden Learning & Innovation Centre
You can contact LLInC for questions about teacher development. LLInC provides support with curriculum redesign, strengthening didactic skills, digitalization, teacher coaching, peer‑learning programs, AI in education, and much more. You can reach LLInC at hello@llinc.leidenuniv.nl.
