For inspirational leadership as the basis for a safe and resilient work culture.
We encourage everyone to be role models in terms of behavior, responsibility, and openness. By demonstrating inspiring leadership, with a dash of courage, we work together to build a safe working environment and ensure that we ourselves, our teams, and the organisation grow. Through coaching and training, we give managers and employees the tools to make this happen. We develop leadership competencies so that we can continue to inspire each other and make a difference to society, science, and education.
Objectives
- Encouraging managers to take more active ownership of their leadership role.
- Strengthening teams so that they effectively embrace and utilize leadership development and collaboration.
- Reducing reluctance to act in relation to effective leadership.
Planning
- The Inspire to Grow working groups were organised in the second quarter of 2026.
- During the third quarter, we will be posting updates on the proposals being developed under this programme component.
