Faculty guideline for PhD ceremonies, staff departures and jubilees updated
The guideline has been updated to reflect changes in access for the funding from the graduate school for PhD defences: PhD candidates who aren't in Europe can now access funding to travel to their defence, and also use the funding to cover the costs for co-supervisors to attend the defense.
Other small changes have been made to clarify who is responsible for organising and coordinating departures and jubilea.
