2025 payslips and annual statement available
In My InSite, the 2025 payslips are now available under the Dossier section. The annual statement can also be found here. Do you have any questions about these documents? The Helpdesk Portal provides clear guidance and additional information.
Colleagues’ availability
The Staffing Overview is now available. This useful feature within BAS InSite allows you to see at a glance when colleagues are present or absent. You can easily access this overview via Mijn InSite.
Arranging cover during leave
Please remember to indicate in BAS InSite who will act as your replacement during periods of leave or illness. This is particularly important for managers and staff involved in approving invoices, ensuring that work can continue without delays. You can specify this when submitting your leave request.
Quick Reference Cards and Knowledge items
Finally, the Helpdesk Portal offers an increasing number of Quick Reference Cards and knowledge items. The Service Point continuously updates this background information and regularly adds new Quick Reference Cards, which provide guidance on processes and fields within BAS InSite. We therefore recommend checking the portal regularly, as the content is continuously improved and expanded based on user needs and questions.
