After your postdoc period, you will embark upon the next step in your career. A career in academia is not a given for everyone, so it is important that you start thinking about your next step in good time. Here in Leiden, you can make use of the University’s professional career guidance services and coaching, for which you will receive a personal invitation via e-mail. These support services are free of charge for postdocs. More information about coaching.

Online learning environment for postdocs
As a postdoc you can sign up for a HR Leadership & Development training course. You can register via the online learning environment. In this online environment, you have access to an overview of all HR Leadership & Development training courses for young researchers, your training history, your certificates and more.
