Mayor Heijkoop to visit Leiden Law School on Monday 7 July
On Monday afternoon, 7 July, Leiden Law School will welcome Leiden Mayor Peter Heijkoop to the KOG building. During his visit, the mayor will learn more about our research and teaching and its impact on society. The visit is even more special in view of our 450th anniversary celebrations: for more than four centuries, our faculty has been an iconic part of the city of Leiden.
The visit features a private tour that will begin at 14.00. Mayor Heijkoop will be met by Annetje Ottow, after which a short welcome speech will be given by Dean Suzan Stoter. The mayor will then be shown around the building where he will meet various staff and students. Afterwards, his visit to Leiden University will continue at the Faculty of Humanities.
In January, Mayor Heijkoop had already visited the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences and the Faculty of Science.
