Telephone handsets to be removed from teaching and meeting rooms
Dear colleagues,
As of 15 December, a few things will change regarding telephony in our teaching and meeting rooms.
Due to the transition to Teams telephony, the ISSC will remove all telephone handsets from these rooms.
Currently, the handsets can be used to call the AV service directly in case of technical issues. From 15 December onwards, this will need to be done using your own mobile phone.
A sticker will be placed on every screen in the room (or near the control panel) with the following text:
“Helpdesk AV 071 527 (XXXX). Please have the room number ready for quick assistance.”
