Terms of Employment Individual Choices Model: use your holiday allowance before 30 April
The Terms of Employment Individual Choices Model gives you some freedom to select your own terms and conditions. Once every three years you can, for example, offset the costs of purchasing a bicycle for yourself and a bicycle insurance through the Terms of Employment Individual Choices Model.
You can use your holiday allowance until 30 April. View all the options.
Submit your application on time
You can submit your application for the Individual Choices Model from 1 February:
- You can use your holiday allowance until 30 April.
- You can use your end-of-year bonus until 31 October.
- You can use your gross salary until 30 November.
