As of June: update of your payslip
With the salary payment on Tuesday 23 June, the payslip will be updated. If your salary payment for a previous month changes, for example because of a retroactive payment of your home working and internet allowances, you will henceforth receive a ‘correction payslip’ instead of a ‘replacement payslip’.
For an explanation of the structure and terminology of the payslip and frequently asked questions, go to the Knowledge item ‘Salary – Payslip and Annual Statement’ in the Helpdesk Portal.
New: correction payslip – Applies from June 2026
- Is a supplement to your original payslip.
- Contains only the changes compared to your original payslip.
- Your original payslip and any correction payslip together provide the overall picture for a month.
- The amount of the correction payslip is shown as the amount ‘correction’ at the bottom of the payslip for the month in which the correction is paid.
A ‘correction payslip’ means: if your salary payment changes, you receive an extra sheet with your payslip containing only the amounts that have changed.
Example: with the salary payment in June, you receive your home-working and internet allowances retroactively for May. Therefore, with your June payslip, you receive a correction payslip for May, containing only your home-working and internet allowance.
Old: replacement payslip
- Was a replacement for your original payslip.
- The changed amounts were inserted and included in the calculations with the original amounts.
- Your original payslip expired. The replacement payslip provided the overall picture for a month.
- Remains valid for the months of January through May 2026. You will not receive new payslips.
A ‘replacement payslip’ meant: if your salary payment changed retroactively, you received a new payslip for that entire salary payment that replaced the old payslip.
Example: With the May salary payment, you received your home-working and internet allowances retroactively for April. Therefore, you received a replacement payslip for April with your May payslip, showing your home-working and internet allowances together with the previous salary payment.
