Contacting the Board and new general email addresses
The Executive Board of the institute considers accessibility and being easy to contact important. We are therefore increasingly using general email addresses. This means that questions quickly reach the right person and we can follow up requests properly.

By sending questions and requests through this mailbox as much as possible, the work can be divided effectively and it ensures that nothing is left unattended.

- Are you using a general mailbox? There is no need to cc the personal email address of the relevant Board member. The mailbox is managed by the Board member and the colleagues involved, so your message will automatically reach the right person.
By using the right mailbox, we can avoid duplicate communication and deal with questions and requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.
