From 1 October warm drinks and printing via LU-Card
From 1 October, the procedure for staff using the hot drinks machines and printing facilities, will change. In doing so, we are responding to users’ wishes to have as many services as possible managed via a single card (the LU-Card). It also reduces the administrative workload.
What will change for you?
- You will pay for hot drinks with your LU-Card, instead of using a separate coffee card. As is currently the case, the costs will be covered by the faculty/department.
- All staff members are allocated printing rights. It is no longer necessary to apply for these manually.
Make sure you have your LU-Card with you, when you want to get coffee or print. Don’t have a LU-Card yet, or have you lost yours? Read more on how to apply for a new LU-Card.
