FSW Vitality Month: Boost Your Energy!
The days are getting shorter. How do you keep your energy levels up?
In November, Leiden University will host Healthy University Week, featuring activities focused on health and wellbeing, with all faculties taking part. FSW is joining in and extending the initiative with FSW Vitality Month: throughout November, the focus at FSW will be on energy, recovery and resilience.
As the days get shorter and the winter blues start to set in, we are paying extra attention to how you can maintain your energy, recover well and stay resilient during busy periods. What can help you stay energised throughout the working day? How can you recognise the signs that your energy is running low? And what can you do to recharge?
Knowledge-sharing sessions and activities
We are organising knowledge-sharing sessions and accessible activities, ranging from yoga and chair massages to inspiring sessions led by our own FSW experts. Discover how to recognise signs of imbalance, how to stay financially fit and how hormones and menopause can affect your working life. There will be practical tips as well as insights to help you maintain your energy and resilience at work.
