Terms of Employment Individual Choices Model: deadline end-of-year bonus 31 October
Do you commute to work and back home again at least once a week? Or do you have a University Sports Centre or SportCity membership? Then you can offset the costs against your gross salary, end-of-year bonus or holiday allowance via the Individual Choices Model.
All deadlines for the Individual Choices Model:
- You could have used your holiday allowance up to and including 30 April 2026.*
- You can use your end-of-year bonus up to and including 31 October 2026.*
- You can use your gross salary up to and including 30 November 2026.
*An exception is made for the kilometre allowance. For this, you can also use your holiday allowance and end-of-year bonus up to and including 30 November 2026.

Submit your application
You can submit most applications for the individual choices model online via BAS InSite. How to submit an application is explained in the knowledge item Individual Choices Model. Requests that use a different form, not via BAS InSite, have a longer processing time. For these, it is even more important to submit your application on time.
