Description
The Indian doctor, Gautam (Rajinder Kumar), with his own experience of the horrors of war, volunteers to work in Japan in the aftermath of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. How’s life going there? Join us for a movie screening of “Aman (1967),” an Indian anti-war movie directed by Mohan Kumar. We will watch and discuss this movie with Aditya Kiran Kakati, affiliated fellow of the International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS).
