We are pleased to invite you to the Conference on Education for Professionals, organized by the Leiden University Academy FSW (ULA-FSW), on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in room 1B.01, followed by an informal networking reception until 5:00 p.m.
During the conference, we will explore various initiatives in the field of education for professionals (also known as Lifelong Learning (LLL)) and introduce the recently established ULA-FSW. The three recipients of the 2025/2026 Lifelong Learning Seed Grant will present their projects and share experiences and insights gained from practice.
We aim to create space for inspiration, exchange, and collective exploration, with curiosity and knowledge sharing at the heart of the event. We will also discuss how ULA-FSW can best support existing and future Lifelong Learning initiatives, according to your needs and perspectives. In addition, the conference will serve as the kick-off for the 2026/2027 Lifelong Learning Seed Grant round.
