How can you navigate difficult conversations, prevent conflict from escalating and foster psychological safety?
In this interactive one-day training, PhD supervisors explore Nonviolent Communication (NVC): a practical, evidence-based approach to expressing needs, strengthening mutual understanding and improving collaboration.
Through practical exercises, theoretical insights and real-life cases, participants develop skills in empathic listening, navigating emotions and finding solutions that consider everyone's needs and interests.
The training is led by Eva Maria Schneijderberg, an internationally certified NVC trainer with extensive experience in leadership and team development.
About the trainer
Eva Maria Schneijderberg is an internationally certified NVC trainer and has been providing training for 12 years. She regularly conducts leadership and development programs at various organisations.
