Evaluation of the Dutch Fast-Track Liquidation Transparency (Temporary Amendment) Act
Leiden University's Company Law department will work with research agency SEO to conduct an evaluation of the Fast-Track Liquidation Transparency (Temporary Amendment) Act for the Research and Data Centre (WODC) at the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security.
