From 8 to 27 September, stewards will be monitoring the occupancy of lecture rooms in the Faculty of Science buildings – the Gorlaeus Building, Van Steenis, Sylvius and Huygens.

In some corridors, this can easily be observed through glass walls. In other cases, a steward may briefly open the door to check whether the room is in use.

This survey is carried out by UFB every September to ensure the most efficient use of rooms and to prevent last-minute requests from being unnecessarily rejected.
