Which book will you nominate for the Alternative-Reading-List-Awards 2025?
Have you read a book that everyone should read? Nominate it for the 2025 Alternative-Reading-List-Awards and have a chance to win one of the coveted awards and a €50 book voucher!
Rules and eligibility
- Choose your favourite book, in a language of your choice (translated books are allowed).
- Fill out the nomination form and tell us why everyone should read this book
- Submit your nomination no later than Saturday 1 November 2025.
- You may nominate more than one book!
- Everyone can nominate!
A jury will select the winners from all entries submitted. The most alluring entries will be rewarded. There are four award categories: pupil, student, teacher, other book fanatic. In addition, there will be a prize draw for all entries: one entry will be drawn at random and will receive a participating-is-more-important-than-winning €25 book voucher.
The winners will be announced during a festive ceremony on Tuesday 18 November.
