Help shape the future of AI at our faculty: take the survey!

29 October 2025

AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepL, have rapidly become part of everyday life, and we also encounter them in one way or another in our work at the faculty.

To respond effectively, the Faculty Board has set up a working group on AI. This group is developing practical proposals and guidelines for the use of AI in education, research, and organisation.

To shape these initiatives, we invite you to share your experiences, usage, and wishes regarding AI by completing a short survey. Whether you work in education, research, or support services, your input is invaluable.

The results will help us:

  • Develop faculty guidelines for the use of AI in education and research;
  • Provide practical tips and tool suggestions for lecturers, researchers, and support services;
  • Faculty training courses and lunch bytes for staff;
  • Create an interactive AI community where knowledge is shared and staff can discuss AI.

It takes about 10 minutes to complete, and your answers are completely anonymous. It may take a moment for the survey to appear. You can complete it in Dutch or English; use the button at the top right to select your language. The survey is open until 5 November.

Together, we can make AI understandable, practical, and responsible within our faculty. Thank you in advance for your contribution!
