Learn how to support colleagues with disabilities

12 March 2026

Would you like to learn how to support colleagues with a disability in the workplace? Sign up for the Harrie Helpt training course (please note: the course is in Dutch). During this training, you will learn how to become a ‘Harrie’: a buddy who offers practical support to colleagues with mental or physical disabilities. ‘Harrie’ is an acronym for the qualities of an ideal buddy: Hulpvaardig (Helpful), Alert (Alert), Realistisch (Realistic), Rustig (Calm), Instruerend (Instructive) and Eerlijk (Honest).

This interactive two-day course provides you with concrete tools to offer friendly and effective guidance. It is designed for managers, HR professionals, and teaching, support, and other staff members who help support colleagues with additional needs.

Would you like to help create a more inclusive working environment and ensure your colleagues receive the support they need? Sign up for the Harrie Helpt training in May/June or October/November.
