Reflect on and develop your teaching with the help of RIDE
Do you teach at FSW and are you interested in reflecting on your professional growth as a lecturer? Take part in the Reflection Instrument Teacher (Docent) Expertise (RIDE) study!
What does participation involve?
You will take part in two sessions:
- A focus group with colleagues (1.5 hours)
- An individual interview (1 hour)
What will you gain?
- Insight into your own competencies and professional development as a teacher
- A tool you can use for reflection and career development
- You contribute to the development of an instrument that can support teachers in their professional growth
