Guidelines on the use of project numbers and cost center codes
We would like to draw your attention to an important guideline regarding the use of project numbers and/or cost center codes (kostenplaatscodes)
When placing an order with a supplier, entering an order in the ordering system, or submitting an expense claim, it is important to first determine whether it concerns a project or not.
- If it concerns a project
Only the project number needs to be stated. This applies to:- Vidatum project numbers including the suffix -01
- Project numbers starting with 1002P, 1003P, 1004P, or 1005P
Please note: for Vidatum project numbers, the suffix -01 is mandatory.
- If it does not concern a project
Please state the appropriate cost center code.
