Catering
You can order all catering within the university at the University Services Department (UFB). This includes arrangements with coffee and tea, lunches, drinks boxes and buffets. As well as customized catering for large events, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Assortment
The UFB catering offers an extensive range of products, including vegetarian and vegan. Various allergies can also be accomodated.
Catering assortment and prices
Business catering (up to 50 people)
For meetings and gatherings of up to 50 people, you can order through business catering. There are various options such as coffee and tea with snacks, lunch arrangements and drinks boxes. You can choose between pickup and delivery. Pickup is from the nearest restaurant or café, delivery is to the desired room. Additional charges apply for delivery.
Party catering (from 50 people)
For larger events and receptions of 50 people or more, you can order through party catering. Here you can choose from coffee/tea, lunch and drinks arrangements, as well as buffets and customized catering. Catering for the Faculty Club and the Academy Building always goes through party catering.
You can choose between pickup and delivery. Pickup is from the nearest restaurant or café, delivery is to the desired room. Additional charges apply for delivery.

Ordering when not employed at Leiden University
Are you affiliated with Leiden University but not an employee? For example, because you work in the Spui Building but are employed by another university? In that case, you can also order from the UFB business catering and party catering services. Please use the order form for external parties for this purpose.
