For whom?

The BKO track is intended for lecturers and university lecturers (UD) who wish to obtain a university teaching qualification.

Format

In the training programmes we work in a focused manner on helping lecturers achieve the 23 final requirements. In addition to covering background information and results from recent research on education, we will also use the sessions to focus on practical exercises. In between session, lecturers are asked to complete practical assignments in their own department, and in this way immediately bring what they have learnt into practice. Online feedback on the assignments and lecture audits give an additional dimension to our training programmes.
