In a society where people of different backgrounds, cultures and strengths come together, it is essential to embrace communication where everyone is seen. Inclusive communication goes beyond conveying information; it includes consciously adopting an approach that considers people's different backgrounds, perspectives and identities. And it creates a space where every voice is heard, valued and respected.
